He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala. After qualifying CA in 2007, he joined as an Auditor in a Big 4 Audit firm in UAE where he worked for almost 4 years, post which he joined Citibank N.A in UAE as Manager for Regulatory Reporting for UAE and Qatar. He continued with the bank for almost 10+ years and handled several roles within the domains of Finance and Tax. He was the Financial Controller for the bank in UAE and Chief Financial Officer of the bank in Qatar at the time of leaving Citibank and starting JGK & Associates.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. After qualifying CA in 2007, she joined Banking Sector with Standard Chartered Bank in Chennai. After two years, she moved to UAE and she worked in the various domains like Financial Services, Power Utility sector and Pharmaceutical Industry.
